Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base Pour 2½ cups of water into a clean pot and place it over medium heat. Add the salt, cover, and allow it to come to a gentle boil.

Step 2: Make the Paste While the water is heating, place your Honeywell Semolina in a mixing bowl. Add about ½ cup of cold water and stir well to form a smooth, lump-free paste.

Step 3: Combine and Cook Once the water in the pot is boiling, lower the heat slightly. Gradually pour your semolina paste into the boiling water while stirring continuously with a wooden spoon or whisk.

Step 4: Thicken Keep stirring for 4–5 minutes. You will see the mixture transform as the semolina blooms and thickens into a silky, creamy consistency.

Step 5: Finish and Serve Remove the pot from the heat. Scoop the hot porridge into serving bowls.

Step 6: Customize Stir in your milk and sugar to taste. Top with fresh fruits, crunchy nuts, or a drizzle of honey for that extra layer of flavor.
